Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Online registration for the 2025 Online RLI Part III (2 sessions on February 4 and February 6, 2025) will close at 5:00 PM CDT on February 2, 2025 or when capacity is reached. All 2 sessions are required to be completed to earn the RLI Part III certificate.

Course requirements: Attendance at both sessions; a computer (desktop or laptop), audio, video and internet access is required.

To cancel a reservation prior to January 25, send an email message to RLI Registrar Rebecca Maddux rmaddux@pmhvac.com . If you paid online by credit card, you will receive a refund in the amount you paid less a $10.00 administration fee.

For cancellations after January 25, 2025, email RLI Registrar Rebecca Maddux rmaddux@pmhvac.com. There will be no refund.

Registrations are capped at 24 attendees.

If the session is closed, please email Rebecca Maddux at rmaddux@pmhvac.com and you will be put on a waiting list.
