Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Online registration for the 2025 Online RLI Part I (2 sessions on January 7 and January 9, 2025) will close at 5:00 PM CDT on January 5 or when capacity is reached. All 2 sessions are required to be completed to earn the RLI Part I certificate.

Course requirements: Attendance at both sessions; a computer (desktop or laptop), audio, video and internet access is required.

To cancel a reservation prior to December 25, send an email message to RLI Registrar Rebecca Maddux rmaddux@pmhvac.com . If you paid online by credit card, you will receive a refund in the amount you paid less a $10.00 administration fee.

For cancellations after December 25, 2024, email RLI Registrar Rebecca Maddux rmaddux@pmhvac.com. There will be no refund.

Registrations are capped at 24 attendees.

If the session is closed, please email Rebecca Maddux at rmaddux@pmhvac.com and you will be put on a waiting list.
