NOTES:

1. COVID tracing requires that we have full contact details of every person attending for any part of the Conference. For this reason we have made it mandatory you register your address and a contact phone number.

2. Early Bird registration option for Rotarians and accompanying partners/spouses for the full 3 days is open until 31 January 2021

3. Please register one person per registration, regardless of the package chosen.

4. A bus from Martinborough may be included if there is sufficient demand. This may incur a small additional charge). We will contact you after you register to determine your transport needs.


Cancellation Policy

• Up to 28 February 2021, a refund of registration fees less administration fee of $50.00 will be made for cancellations received in writing (email) to the conference chair at marion.a.eades@gmail.com
• Refunds after 1 March 2021 will be at the discretion of the organising committee.
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded in full.
