Rotary Day of Service – Protecting the Environment
San Mateo County Location
The Rotary Day of Service at San Mateo County will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 at the Coyote Point Recreation Area. The event offers volunteer environmental hands-on projects of plant restoration and beach clean-up, as well as an Environmental Exhibitor Fair, and an Electric Vehicles and eBike Expo.

Time
- 8:30AM - Check-in at Beach Group Picnic Area (Pick up tee-shirt, lunch ticket, prize drawing ticket.)
- 8:50AM - Welcome and Thank You to participants
- Carole Groom - San Mateo County Supervisor and California Coastal Commissioner
- Don Horsley – San Mateo County Supervisor
- 9:00AM to 11:30AM - Beach clean-up and plant restoration projects
- 12 noon to 1PM - Lunch provided by the Rotary Club of Foster City – “The Club that Cooks!”
- 11:00AM to 3:00PM - Environmental Information Fair and Electric Vehicles/E-Bikes Expo
