What doesn't go better with this dessert flan than freshly churned vanilla bean ice cream and creme anglais!  Students will also make individual apple wraps and learn how to plate desserts for the ultimate presentation.  No worries, we wll use the teacher's demo baked goods for our coffee/tea break.  Your creations go home with you to share with family and friends.
