Welcome to the nomination form for the Spring Athletes of the Year.   The cut off for consideration of students for the overall Athlete of the Year in each sport and for scholarships has now closed, however, if you are interested in entering a student to represent your school as the Athlete of the Year from your school for a sport that does not already have a nominee, you may continue with the process.  Please complete the information below for the student that you are honoring.  

For the split season sports - Golf, Tennis, and Boys Soccer, the TAC awards recognizes the Athlete of the Year during the spring ceremony.  Nominations for these sports for based on the whole year.  If you nominated a student during the fall for one of these sports, the nomination has carried forward to the spring season.  We will be sending an email to all coaches that made a nomination in the fall.  The nominations for Tennis doubles if for both students.

The TAC is excited to let you know that the Spring Athlete of the Year recognition ceremony will be in person as part of the Tom Names Salute to Sports event on June 12th at 5:30PM.  The vent will be held at the McGavick Conference Center on Clover Park Technical College's campus. We hope to see you there.
