Title:  Update on our Youth Services

The presentation will feature Vicki Chrapko our future Youth Exchange student for 2024-2025.  Presently Vicki is a grade 10 student at Holy Trinity Catholic High School. She is headed for ten months to live with Rotarians in Brazil.  In addition to her current academic classes she is learning Portuguese to help her when in school.  The school year in Brazil usually starts at the beginning of February and consists of forty weeks. Students have holidays in July and December/January.  Hence she is leaving Edmonton at the end of July to start school in August. Vicki's interests include volleyball, horseback riding, playing music, and learning French.  She is looking forward to traveling to Brazil!

A second shorter presentation will be from Rotaracter Pauleanne Codilla.  She will share how Rotaract handles their own initiatives, while acknowledging the support from their sponsor clubs.

In addition two of the students we sponsored to attend the Adventures In Citizenship held in Ottawa at the end of May.  They will report back to us on their recent trip.
