Marzipan Part I - PM

This class is Part I in a two part series.  Get ready for a very creative experience!  You will be taught to hand sculpt marzipan fruits in figurines including rabbit, duck and frog.  Also, you will learn the various types and qualities of marzipan and their specific uses.  This is Chef's personal favorite within the realm of the confectionary arts!  There will be a Part II class offered at a future date.  You are taking your creations home with you.
